POWER LAB NOW FORMING

Power Lab is a unique learning experience from which you will draw upon for a lifetime.

Power lab is for those who want:

· to be powerful in dealing with scarce resources manifest as budget cuts, downsizing or increased objectives.

· better relationships with superiors, subordinates and colleagues by understanding power and its consequences.

· to powerfully participate in their organization as leaders and followers.

Power lab participants will learn:

· how to use power when you have it.

· how to respond to power when you do not have it.

· how to be effectively independent of others.

· what it takes to build new work communities.

This eight-day workshop is unique. As with all Camelot designs, it is student-centered and responsive to your needs as a participant. The first three days are an experiential lab starting with a game. You will earn your way into one of three groups: a powerful in-group, a powerless in-group and a powerless out-group. You and your fellow participants will live out your roles with real but scarce resources and permanent consequences. Camelot consultants with debrief you to extract individual learning. What you will take away from this experience will be priceless.
