Course Content: Applies PCA Skills to the processes of work team leadership. Course Objective: By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply the skills of PCA to their team leadership situations. Methodology: Participants will use their pre-work and learn the application of PCA skills to those situations. Lecturettes, consultations, and role plays will be used. If a student prefers, another satisfactory method will be used.
