  2. Executives, Directors, Managers and  Supervisors



Course Content:


Applies PCA Skills to getting what you want in organizations.


Course Objective:  By the end of the course, participants will be able to successfully get what they want in organizations.


Methodology: 


Participants will use their pre-work and learn the application of PCA skills to  those situations.  Lecturettes, consultations, and role plays will be used.  If a student prefers, another satisfactory method will be used.



Costs:   

In La Jolla

$450 per person per day          $450  x  3 days  =  $1350 per person

   Example:     8 participants  =   $10.800

     12 participants =   $16,200


Outside La Jolla
