Course Content: Applies PCA Skills to getting what you want in organizations. Course Objective: By the end of the course, participants will be able to successfully get what they want in organizations. Methodology: Participants will use their pre-work and learn the application of PCA skills to those situations. Lecturettes, consultations, and role plays will be used. If a student prefers, another satisfactory method will be used.
