Prerequisite:  New Approaches to Work Relationships

 

Prework: 

 

Bring five examples of your unsuccessful episodes in your leadership of a work team.

 

Duration:  Five consecutive days

 

Who should attend:

 

1. Persons skilled in Person Centered Approach [PCA]

2. Managers and Supervisors

 

 

Course Content:

 

Applies PCA Skills to the processes of work team leadership.

 

 

Course Objective:

 

By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply the skills of PCA to their team leadership situations.

 

Methodology: 

 

Participants will use their pre-work and learn the application of PCA skills to those situations.  Lecturettes, consultations, and role plays will be used.  If a student prefers, another satisfactory method will be used.

 

Costs:  

 

In La Jolla

   $450 per person per day          $450  x  5 days  =  $2250 per person

 

Outside La Jolla

 Same as above plus expenses  [travel, food, lodging, parlor room for session]
